PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD

Pay safely and secure with Visa, Mastercard or American Express directly handled by Shopify Payments, our payment service provider, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank. 10 to 10 does not take out a fee for credit card payments. Your bank may however charge a fee depending on credit card type and bank policy. In case that no payment has been received after the order is placed, the order may automatically be cancelled by 10 to 10

All transactions are 3D secure and encrypted for your safety.

European UnionUSA and International orders are dispatched through UPS, registered parcel with tracking system for you to monitor where your parcel is at all times.

UK, Switzerland, Swiss are dispatched through Ctt Correios registered parcel with tracking number.

Shipping costs are calculated during check-out based on parcel weight and dimensions

Estimated time for delivery:

We usually need within 2-4 business days to process your order and then orders dispatched through UPS take 1-4 business days to arrive and orders dispatched through Ctt take 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the country of destination.

Please contact us if you have an urgent order and we can advise you accordingly.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link where you can check the status of your parcel. You will need to trace the parcel to be aware when it’s going to be delivered at your provided address.  

In the case of unsuccessfully delivery attempts your parcel will be left at your local post depot waiting for you to collect it, if it's not collected after two weeks, your parcel will be sent back to 10 to 10 studio, if this happens you will have to pay the postage again before we ship your goods back to you. In the case that you prefer it, we will refund you the amount of your purchase, but we will not be able to refund you for the shipping cost of the sent parcel.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Depending on the destination you may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office. Please note that if any duties or taxes are charged at customs are the buyer responsibility to pay.

RETURNS

All products are handmade so may vary slightly in appearance. It’s what makes them unique. We really hope you love our garments, however if you are not entirely happy please notify us to arrange a return: hello@10to10.studio

Returns Procedure:

You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 14 working days from the day you received the products. The products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition.

Please contact us to give you an address to dispatch your unwanted product on hello@10to10.studio

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.

We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt of your returned item. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund or send you your replacement. Please therefore do not contact us until 5 working days have passed since we received your return. Please be assured that we will endeavor to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.

We will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Personalised Goods:

Products that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged Products:

Every 10 to 10 garment is thoroughly checked before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive faulty Products please contact our customer service on hello@10to10.studio within 48 hours from signing for receipt of your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Please contact us as soon as possible and if the order status is still processing it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
